Polyp Grabs

Polyp grabs are very robust.  Each polyp part is controlled by an independent hydraulic cylinder. This design allows for the grip of various load shapes. The strength of the material used for the polyp is ST52.3, replaceable materials of the jaws are made of HARDOX. Jaws are stored in special hardened covers designed for long life. All pins are made of stainless steel heated to a high temperature with a surface hardening process. This type of connection is very resistant to shock and it also has outstanding durability.  The hydraulic mechanism is protected by a segmented cover.

The polyp grab has 3 types of jaws:
Open – for large items
Semi-closed - for larger items with the possibility to grab smaller items
Closed – for small and bulk materials

The shape of the jaw depends on what products shall be picked up.  Obviously, correct equipment increases the efficiency of the job.
