Clamshell Grabs HC - HCR - HCC

The design is based on the grab principle where each separate roller controls the jaw and the jaws are mechanically coupled. This system allows for the use of conventional hydraulic cylinder with a long life. For the rotation of the grab are used rotary parts from the Thumm company.
In most series of grabs, the customer can choose either the carrier part in one piece or the carrier part divided. Carrier in one piece is quite advantageous for applications where there is no exchange of jaws needed. Split-type carrier on the other hand allows for easy exchange of the size of jaws in the series. The mechanism of the carrier connection and the jaw pivot is done with simple manipulations which are possible even under adverse conditions.
